The Design Society Workshop #8

Buying an office pool table and sharing a Harvard Business Review article titled “Here are 5 things to do to get a happy team” does not equate to a team culture. So, what is team culture and what does design have to do with it?

This workshop is all about exploring the intersection between design thinking and teams. How can we design a space that will fuel our personal and collective growth? A lot of people talk culture but few know how to “do” or design culture. The amount of times people googled “How to give feedback” has doubled since 2007 yet developing team culture is still a mysterious process.

The future of work and the future workforce require a different design. Trends show that EQ will be the skill set that is needed for organisations to thrive and survive in this ever-changing world. And it all starts with having effective teams.

So, join us for a half-day workshop where we go beyond buzzwords, break preconceptions, and bring it back to what it’s all about: understanding people and each other.

*Recommended for individual managers, leaders or better yet, actual teams.
